According to the implementation frequency of maintenance work from high to low, pneumatic system maintenance can be divided into four categories: routine maintenance, weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance and quarterly maintenance.
1. Regular maintenance of the system
Normal maintenance mainly includes three tasks: condensed water discharge, check lubricating oil and air compressor system.
Condensate water is the high temperature steam generated by the internal work of the equipment. It is formed by the condensation of the low-temperature equipment. Assuming no discharge, it will accumulate more and more, and even freeze when the temperature is lower than zero at night. The condensed water discharge relates to a full pneumatic system including air compressor, gas tank, cooler, filter, monotonic device, pipe and other components. When draining water, be careful to investigate whether the drain is working properly, and the water in the cup is not too much. Drainage should be carried out not only at the end of each day's work, but also before the preliminary work in the daytime due to the further reduction of the temperature of pneumatic system at night and the possible occurrence of condensed water.
Check the lubrication equipment once a day to see if the oil amount and oil color of the lubricator is normal, and whether water or dust is mixed in the lubricating oil.
Every day also pay attention to whether the air compressor can normally supply cooling water to the rear cooler; No abnormal movement or heat during work; And the oil level is normal.
Weekly maintenance of the system
In the daytime, when the workshop is free, or just after work, you can check the air leakage. Because there is residual pressure in the pipe at this time, and the noise in the workshop is small, you can distinguish the direction of air leakage and air leakage through hearing. According to the occurrence of air leakage in different directions, you can determine the shortcomings. A relief valve, such as a leak in the body, indicates a loosening of the fastening screw; Relief valve overflow hole location leakage, indicating that there is dust embedded in the overflow valve, resulting in abnormal valve stem action, diaphragm split; Air leakage at the outlet side of the relief valve indicates that the pressure is not adjusted as required, and the tension spring is broken and the sealing ring is damaged. Assume that the pressure system because of hose splitting, loose coupling head and other reasons, the occurrence of serious air leakage, be sure to deal with immediately.
Also carry out the oil mist per week to check the work, pay attention to the reduction of oil, oil to fill the lack of oil. Suppose the oil mist device is found not to drip oil, to see if there is a blockage in the oil passage.
In addition to the above two items, but also on time every week to carry out air compressor oil volume, monotonic dew point status, conveyor belt and implementation of the robustness of components and other items, if there is any doubt should promptly correct.
Monthly maintenance of the system
Because the base span is longer, the monthly maintenance work should be carried out carefully. Detailed items include: check the air leakage status of each component, strengthen loose pipe joints and screws; Check the air quality discharged by the reversing valve; Check whether the solenoid valve switching action is firm; Check whether the indicator and the conditioning equipment are normal; Others also check the quality of the cylinder piston rod and all items that can be viewed from outside the system.
Quarterly maintenance of the system
The quarterly inspection includes: whether the automatic drainage device can discharge water automatically or manually; The pressure difference at both ends of the filter is out of standard; Pressure relief valve pressure can be adjusted by rotating the pressure relief handle; When there is no pressure in the system, whether the gauge pointer can return to zero smoothly; Each pressure indicates whether the number is beyond the limit that can be borne; When the pressure of the pneumatic system exceeds the set pressure, the relief valve can overflow; When the system pressure reaches the upper and lower limit, the pressure switch can automatically open and close; Whether there is leakage of air, oil leakage fog and discharge of condensed water; Solenoid valve is not abnormal temperature change; Whether the cylinder speed can be controlled by adjusting the throttle valve opening; Cylinder device is robust, the movement is not smooth; Air compressor filter mesh is not blocked and monotonic refrigerant pressure is not changed.
5. Avoid accidents during repair
In the process of machine tool pneumatic system maintenance and maintenance, be careful to avoid accidents. If the system is found to be out of order, do not immediately look at the source of the defect. To stop the power connection, stop the gas supply, wait for the system to stop working completely, and completely release the internal residual pressure in the future, and then check and repair work.
